Very friendly hostess and a superbly equipped kitchen, including a fully automatic coffee machine. We felt very comfortable.

This vacation rental was truly a great choice! We were the first guests after the long Corona break and we really enjoyed our 10 days there! ;-) Not only is the holiday apartment very well located (for excursions in all directions), it is also well above average and well furnished and equipped! Coffee maker, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and even a washing machine are available. The spacious parking area directly in front of the apartment makes it easy to load and unload at ground level. In addition, the apartment is very bright and otherwise very friendly thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room ;-) Also very positive to note: The apartment is not located directly on the village street but rather pleasantly quiet a little way up the slope. There really is absolutely no reason for criticism here! ;-) The landlord family lives above the apartment in the house and is also super friendly, helpful, funny, accommodating and always available for a nice chat. ;-) We really enjoyed our time! Thank you very much for that!

A very special place with exceptionally warm hospitality! We felt welcome from the very first moment. Rosi, Roland, Rosa, and Adolf are truly special hosts, the likes of which you don't often experience these days. Even though we only booked one night, we immediately felt at home. :) The rooms are very clean and practically furnished – everything you need is provided. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with many regional products. We particularly enjoyed the homemade sage schnapps we were given to taste – definitely try it and buy some to take home! It's also worth mentioning that the terrace offers a stunning view of the Ötztal mountains and the Acherkogel. What also made this stay so unique: We had the opportunity to sit together in a cozy atmosphere with the hosts, were able to use the large garden, the terrace, and the guest kitchen, and simply enjoy the lively atmosphere. A real highlight was when the senior himself drove us to a festival on his tractor – an unforgettable experience! We thank you for the wonderful time and would love to come back.
