We were at Flavio's apartment last year, we did a lot of research in chosing the right apartment on the East side of the island and didn't regret it. Have read it before that Flavio has quite some rules which are indeed true, but if you can align with them it is a very nice place. You need to be patient as he invests time in telling you the details and he really helps you in guiding you to the best restaurants and also reserves tables for you with good views. (Flavio also recommended a good restaurant at the other side of the island which we went to). He kindly sent to us via post his holiday brochure with lots of nice info in advance. The apartments are well equipped, built in high quality, and although it's on a small hill the city center is 10 mins walk. The kids still mention Flavio's place

Die Unterkunft ist äußerst geschmackvoll und bezaubernd. Das Appartement stilvoll ausgestattet, funktional und mit kleinen Raffinessen. Unbeschreiblich aber war der Vermieter: Flavio heißt einen aufs herzlichste Willkommen und ist jederzeit erreichbar und mehr als hilfsbereit (Restaurant-Tipps und Reservierungen z.B.)
