Soweit alles gut, außer halt paar Kleinigkeiten wie z.b. Fliegengitter, Tassen, Jalousie, Pfannen, Dusche, Plastikstühle, Aussenlicht sind in die Jahre gekommen. Perfekte Lage. Schöne Terrasse. Nette freundliche hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Beach House Iva, Beautiful apartment 1 on the 1st floor. View of the Adriatic Sea from the balcony. The apartment has everything you need. A full change of linens is provided every week, which is done quickly and easily by the hard-working staff. Just a few steps away is the water. The beach is almost like a private beach, and there are also two loungers. It's a bit rocky (large stones), but this isn't a problem with beach shoes. Each apartment has its own parking space. There's a bakery right on the property, and grocery stores are within walking distance. The landlady and her daughter are very friendly and are happy to answer any questions, even in German, which was an advantage for us. I highly recommend this beach house "Iva" because the price-performance ratio is right.
