We spent a week in this beautiful property at the end of August/beginning of September 2025 – and were absolutely thrilled.
The pictures absolutely reflect reality: The house is modern, luxuriously furnished, and very well-maintained, surrounded by a beautiful garden with ancient olive trees and a magnificent view. Everything is state-of-the-art and furnished with great attention to detail. We were particularly impressed by the high-quality furnishings: a large, well-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, various coffee machines, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery for more than 12 people) and a pool house with a glass front that can be fully opened – perfect for social evenings. There you'll also find a dishwasher, refrigerator, grill, TV, and a large table for the whole family or group.
The color scheme and furnishings are very harmonious, the rooms spacious and bright. The outdoor area with the pool, olive garden, and terrace is a real highlight – an oasis of peace and, at the same time, ideal for group activities.
The location is perfect: The towns of Vrsar, Poreč, and Rovinj are quickly accessible and offer numerous excursions. There's also plenty to discover in the surrounding area for families.
We would especially like to highlight the host: incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Upon arrival, he gave us great tips on restaurants (fish, meat, with a view), sights, and even boat trips. Everything was perfectly organized, well-thought-out, and made our vacation even more enjoyable.
In conclusion: This villa is a private paradise—luxurious, comfortable, in a fantastic location, and with a host who truly cares about his guests. We give it a top rating and can wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation.

Casa del Oro is an exceptional villa — truly 10 out of 10! The pool overlooking the olive groves is absolutely beautiful, and the whole property is perfectly set up for families. There was so much for the children to do, and we loved having different areas to relax in, including a hot tub on the balcony. The two kitchens (a main kitchen plus a separate barbecue kitchen) made everything really convenient. Every bedroom had its own en suite, which was a huge plus for our group. Communication with the host was excellent — nothing was ever too much trouble. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!
