zurücktreten.
Im Falle eines Rücktritts fallen 50,00 € Bearbeitungsgebühren sowie
folgende Kosten für die Stornierung an:
- ab Tag 60 bis 35 Tage vor Reiseantritt 50 % des Reisepreises
- ab Tag 34 bis 20 Tage vor Reiseantritt 70 % des Reisepreises
- ab Tag 19 80 % des Reisepreises
(Reisepreis = Mietpreis ohne Zusatzleistungen wie Endreinigung,
Hauswäsche etc. )
Sollte die Wohnung noch anderweitig vermietet werden, erfolgt ggf. eine
anteilige Erstattung der Stornokosten.

We booked apartment 12 in September 2021 and it was an absolutely fantastic stay.
The entire villa is completely renovated, modern and very chic. Our holiday apartment was equipped to a high standard and we didn't lack anything. Cleaning products, vacuum cleaners, drying racks, dishwashing tablets and salt and pepper are available.
A special highlight were the professional insect screens (with frames, one available in every room with windows). The washing machine and dryer can be easily used using a coin-operated slot (€3/process) in a separate room directly opposite the apartment.
The balcony has comfortable chairs (including seat cushions) and a table and invites you to relax (southern sun in the afternoon/evening) or have breakfast.
The beds are very comfortable, which also applies to the pull-out couch. It's difficult to get a draft and it's relatively warm, which is made worse by the thick blankets.
High chair and baby cot are provided free of charge. The parking lot is sufficiently large. There is free storage for bicycles on the property.
The location of the apartment is also great - shops, bakeries, restaurants and, above all, the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach can be reached very quickly on foot.
The only downside was that the in-house pool and sauna were unfortunately not open due to the Corona regulations (contact recording was probably not possible for the operator or too time-consuming).
We still had a lovely holiday here and can only recommend the holiday apartment and the very friendly service all around!

The apartment is superb and well-equipped – everything you need is there. There's enough space for four people, and a highchair and crib are also included.
The house offers a pool and a sauna – both very clean and easy to use from the afternoon to the evening.
The location is perfect. In just a few minutes, you can reach the beach, the pier, or the many shops and restaurants in Zinnowitz.
