Aber das ist nur ein Puzzleteil in dieser Geschichte. Katharina hat schon einiges mit ihrem Hausboot erlebt und ein paar tolle Tipps f\u00fcr euren Urlaub an der Schlei. Was macht sie so besonders?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A: In der \u201cHabitide\u201d steckt super-viel Herzblut, denn eigentlich habe ich das Hausboot f\u00fcr mich gebaut. Aber dann kam es irgendwie anders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In einem Boot zu schlafen ist an sich ja schon etwas Besonderes. Und bei mir gibt es das noch gepaart mit \u00f6kologischen Baustoffen und damit einem tollen Raumklima. Ich h\u00f6re oft von meinen G\u00e4sten, dass sie das Gef\u00fchl haben, dass die W\u00e4nde atmen und sie so auch mal wieder richtig durchatmen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>F: Jetzt hast du schon ein wichtiges Thema angesprochen: Nachhaltigkeit. Warum ist dir dieses Thema so wichtig?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A: Wir haben als Gesellschaft schon viel vermurkst und einiges f\u00fcr unsere Kinder und Enkelkinder gutzumachen. Wir haben einfach eine Verantwortung gegen\u00fcber unserer Umwelt, der Natur, den Mitmenschen \u2013 gerade hier am Wasser. Ich habe deshalb bei der \u201cHabitide\u201d alle Materialien mit Bedacht ausgew\u00e4hlt. Und am Ende ist es ja auch einfach sch\u00f6n, sich mit Naturmaterialien zu umgeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich engagiere mich auch f\u00fcr die Umweltschutzorganisation Bye Bye Plastik und bin seit 2022 \u201czertifizierter Changemaker\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-large is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Wir haben einfach eine Verantwortung gegen\u00fcber unserer Umwelt, der Natur, den Mitmenschen \u2013 gerade hier am Wasser. Ich habe deshalb bei der \u201cHabitide\u201d alle Materialien mit Bedacht ausgew\u00e4hlt.<\/p><cite>Katharina Khodami<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>F: Sehr spannend. Wie hast du die Nachhaltigkeit ganz konkret bei dir umgesetzt?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A: \u00dcberall, wo es geht, nutze ich Naturmaterialien: Wolle, Seide, Leinen, Holz, Metall, Glas und so weiter. Die \u00f6kologische D\u00e4mmung ist zum Beispiel unter anderem aus der Wolle, die ich noch von Schafen auf den Ochseninseln in der Flensburger F\u00f6rde hatte. Abziehbare Sofabez\u00fcge n\u00e4he ich selbst aus Naturstoffen, die beim Waschen kein Mikroplastik verursachen. Und meine Bettdecken und Kissen bestehen aus Baumwolle und sind mit Wolle und Kapok gef\u00fcllt \u2013 nat\u00fcrlich und plastikfrei. Mir ist es auch wichtig, auf hochwertige St\u00fccke zu achten, die lange halten. Deshalb hat meine K\u00fcche zum Beispiel Vollholzt\u00fcren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr das gesamte Brauchwasser nutzen wir Regenwasser und oben auf dem Boot haben wir eine Solar- und eine Windanlage. Die \u201cHabitide\u201d ist also weitestgehend autark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Und auch im Alltag achten wir darauf, dass alle Reiniger, Klopapier &amp; Co. \u00f6kologisch sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>F: Das zieht sich dann bestimmt auch durch die gesamte Einrichtung und Ausstattung, oder?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A: Ja, genau. Alles soll m\u00f6glichst nachhaltig und kunststofffrei sein. Und ich habe einige Dinge verbaut, die eine Geschichte haben. Im Bad sieht man das besonders gut. Da habe ich aus Treibh\u00f6lzern, die ich noch da hatte, und einem alten Klavier selbst M\u00f6bel gebaut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gleichzeitig wollte ich aber auch nicht am Komfort sparen. Und nicht an der Optik. Mir macht es total viel Spa\u00df, immer wieder neu zu dekorieren. Deshalb sieht die \u201cHabitide\u201d auch nicht bei jedem Besuch gleich aus. Die Idee dazu kam, als ich zu meinem damaligen Freund ziehen wollte. Der lebte auf den Ochseninseln an der d\u00e4nischen Grenze und da war einfach nicht genug Platz f\u00fcr alle. Also wollte ich mit dem Boot quasi \u201canbauen\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich habe mir dann sehr viele Hausboote angeguckt, aber \u00fcberall war so viel Plastik verbaut und das wollte ich auf keinen Fall. Also habe ich mein Boot selbst geplant und gebaut. Ich hab\u2019 viel recherchiert und am Ende auch alles gezeichnet. Nat\u00fcrlich hatte ich dabei ein bisschen Hilfe. Ein befreundeter Yacht-Designer hat zum Beispiel die Auftriebsk\u00f6rper berechnet, damit auch technisch alles stimmt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Und dann haben wir mit dem Bau angefangen. In einer viel zu kleinen Halle. Also mussten wir nochmal umziehen. Wir sind mit dem halbfertigen Boot und viel, viel Material nach Schleswig umgesiedelt. Das war ein ganz sch\u00f6ner Akt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nachdem das Boot dann fertig war, wollten wir, mein jetziger Partner Carsten und ich eigentlich selbst dort einziehen und haben auch einen tollen Liegeplatz bekommen. Aber dann kam famili\u00e4r irgendwie alles anders. In der \u201cHabitide\u201d stecken aber so viele Gedanken, gute Ideen und Leidenschaft, dass ich sie nicht einfach wieder verkaufen konnte. Sie ist mein &#8218;Baby&#8216;. Also habe ich beschlossen, sie erst einmal zu einer Ferienunterkunft zu machen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>F: Auch wenn es nicht geplant war: Was magst du besonders daran, Vermieterin zu sein?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A: Den Kontakt zu den Menschen. Mir ist das Pers\u00f6nliche sehr wichtig. Ich begleite meine G\u00e4ste immer von der Anfrage bis zur Anreise und schicke regelm\u00e4\u00dfig hilfreiche Infos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Und dann muss ich sagen, dass ich einfach echt nur tolle G\u00e4ste habe. Die wertsch\u00e4tzend sind und sich f\u00fcr die Geschichte der \u201cHabitide\u201d und f\u00fcr Nachhaltigkeit interessieren. Ich habe bisher ausschlie\u00dflich positive Erfahrungen gemacht \u2013 und dabei hatte ich schon viele verschiedene G\u00e4ste: von der fr\u00f6hlichen M\u00e4delsrunde \u00fcber Familien mit Hund bis hin zu Akademikern oder ehemaligen Seglern. Viele sagen mir auch direkt, dass sie wiederkommen wollen. Das ist ein sch\u00f6nes Kompliment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr diesen zwischenmenschlichen Kontakt nehme ich mir gerne die Zeit. Ich richte alles selbst f\u00fcr die G\u00e4ste her und begr\u00fc\u00dfe sie pers\u00f6nlich. Das bedeutet zwar einige Zeit im E-Auto, weil ich selbst nicht in Schleswig wohne, aber es lohnt sich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>F: F\u00fcr dein Hausboot hast du dir aber eine tolle Region ausgesucht: die Schlei. Was w\u00fcrdest du sagen, sind deine 3 Top-Tipps f\u00fcr die Region? Was sollte man unbedingt gemacht haben?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A: Ach, die Schlei ist einfach traumhaft: eine Mischung aus Erholung, Natur und Kultur. Man kann hier unendlich Rad fahren oder spazieren gehen. Perfekt, um mal dem Gro\u00dfstadt-Trubel zu entkommen und die Ruhe zu genie\u00dfen. Aber gleichzeitig kann man auch direkt am Hafen ins Leben eintauchen. Dann ist es sch\u00f6n warm und man kann baden. Aber auch im Herbst und Fr\u00fchjahr lohnt sich ein Urlaub an der Schlei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Winter vermieten wir nicht, sondern nutzen das Boot selbst. Dann wird im Hafen n\u00e4mlich das Wasser abgestellt und es ist ein bisschen weniger komfortabel auf der \u201cHabitide\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>F: Hast du zum Abschluss noch einmal 1-2 Gr\u00fcnde, warum man unbedingt Urlaub auf der \u201cHabitide\u201d machen sollte?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A: Ein Urlaub hier ist eine Mischung aus Abenteuer und Sicherheit. Man ist die ganze Zeit auf dem Wasser, liegt aber trotzdem absolut sicher, dank der soliden Stahlr\u00fcmpfe. Durch den variablen Wasserstand kann die Gangway aber auch mal etwas steiler werden. Und wenn man im Bett liegt, f\u00fchlt man sich fast, als w\u00fcrde man direkt \u00fcber dem Wasser schweben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die \u201cHabitide\u201d ist ein bisschen l\u00e4nger als die Boote rechts und links und so hat man auf der Terrasse viel Ruhe und Privatsph\u00e4re. Und wer Lust hat, kann mit dem Beiboot raus auf die Schlei paddeln. Und all das kombiniert mit dem \u00f6kologischen Mehrwert und wundervollen Lichtspielen durch Sonne, Wolken und Wellen.
